HW: 111.5kgs (245lbs)
GW: 85.0kgs (187lbs)
CW: 81.5kgs (179lbs)
As of this morning I have lost an even 30kgs!!! (66lbs) After 9 months of dedication, persistence, hard work and appreciation towards my mind, body and soul I’ve reached a point in my life where there is no turning back. This is me, this is who I am. 
I am fit.
I am strong.

I stopped eating so much takeout and started light exercise. I can see a difference already. This inspires me to do more. Thought I would share.

I stumbled across this old photo of myself from the end of my first year at university today, and I could not believe the difference 2 years later!
In the left photo I was around 11 stone (154 lbs). 
On the right, I’m just over 10 stone (140 lbs). Yes, I’m wearing the same skirt! I tried to mimic my original pose as much as possible, but I have obviously learnt how to stand up straighter. :)
The difference is eating better, drinking more water, taking up the gym in 2012, and a new years resolution for 2012 to not drink alcohol for a year. I’m nearly 5 months into sobriety and still going strong! :D
